AURANGABAD - Ajanta, Ellora, Doulatabad Fort

From ancient times Aurangabad has been a place of great importance due to it’s location on the famous "Silk Route" that traversed across the breadth of Asia to reach Europe. Textiles, embroidered finery and various kinds of beads made in nearby Paithan were exported to the markets of Greece, Rome and Egypt
Ajanta Caves - The Ajanta Caves are situated at a distance of 107 km north of Aurangabad, the district headquarters. These caves are excavated in horse–shoe shaped bend of rock surface nearly 76 m in height overlooking a narrow stream known as Waghora.
Ellora Caves - The cave temples and monasteries at Ellora, excavated out of the vertical face of an escarpment, are 26 km north of Aurangabad. Extending in a linear arrangement, the 34 caves contain Buddhist Chaityas or halls of worship, and Viharas, or monasteries, Hindu and Jai temples.

Mahabaleshwar Temple

Mahabaleshwar Temple - of Mahabaleshwar is one of the important landmarks in the hill resort. The presiding deity of the temple Lord Mahabali lends its name to the hill resort.

Lord Shirdi Sai Baba Darshan, Ganapati Pule, Svayam bhu

Lord Shirdi Sai Baba Darshan - also known as Sai Baba of Shirdi, was an Indian guru, yogi and fakir who is saibaba regarded by his Hindu and Muslim followers as a saint. Some of his Hindu devotees believe that he was an incarnation of Shiva or Dattatreya, and he was regarded as a sadguru and an incarnation of Kabir. Sai Baba taught a moral code of love, forgiveness, helping others, charity, contentment, inner peace, devotion to God and guru. His philosophy was Advaita Vedanta and his teachings consisted of elements both of this school as well as of bhakti and Islam.

Goa, one of India’s smallest states with a territory of 3,702 sq km is cradled in the Sahayadri range in the Western Ghats. The vegetation is tropical with cashew and teak plantations, coconut and arecanut groves and paddy fields.
